In Division 9, in a large field of 36 competitors, Peter Thorp and Leo Turnell-Ritson were placed 5th and 8th and were promoted to Divisions 7 and 8 respectively. Harry Armytage and Tom Harris won the Division 7 K2 event and Christo O'Rorke was placed 9th in the equivalent K1 race. Some excellent results early in the divisional racing season.
