Health and Fitness
In the modern world, personal health and fitness prove to be major factors in students' well being and achievement. At Bryanston, there are an abundance of opportunities where students can obtain the knowledge and skills of different exercise programs that may stimulate them into regular exercise habits.
These activities can be found in a range of areas including the Games programme and in some Extra Curricular Activities. The opportunity to participate on a voluntary basis can be extremely beneficial as there is a great variety of activities. The students can tailor each individual activity to their own personal needs.
Students are offered expert coaching through squash, tennis and in the fitness suite. The excellent facilities, of squash courts, sports hall, gymnasium, swimming pool and outlaying fields, are available at various times throughout the week. Further activities that promote positive attitude to exercise include the opportunity to participate in the Duke of Edingburgh award, the close link with healthy eating promoted by the dining hall faculty and a well balanced life linked through our Health subjects.
