Core PE

The school provides a regular PE curriculum for all students in the lower years of study.

In D, students receive one double period every week throughout the year. Each term, these lessons include different activities aimed at developing the all-round physical abilities and understanding of these pupils. Activities covered in D include Swimming, Fitness testing, Badminton,Volleyball, Tennis and Athletics.

In C and B, students complete their PE commitment as part of the PSRE curriculum. This means that students receive a double period every week in PE for half of each term. This aims to develop their skills and understanding further whilst revising old activities and introducing new ones. Activities covered in C and B include Swimming, Water Polo, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Squash, Fitness training.
